Piercing Pumpkin

Crafted from the delicious guts of our very own Cinderella pumpkins 🎃. Tyler smoked the pumpkins over apple & maple wood, and then we “topped the cake” with spicy peppers, from all across the Scoville spectrum: ghost, scotch bonnet, cayenne, beaver dam, and sante fe grande. There’s also a heavy dose of sweet in this tasty treat! You’ll think you’re getting a mouthful of hot pumpkin pie…and by “hot” we mean enough heat to keep you warm during the changing seasons.

Poison Apple

Plucked from wild apple trees in the back woods (backyard) behind Sherwood Acres gardens 🍎. We tend to the trees and they (sometimes) allow us to pick their luscious fruits. A dash of cinnamon completes the robust flavor of this mesmerizing sauce. Similar to a HOT apple pie filling, if the pie was infused with fiery rays of sunshine. Heat comes from scotch bonnet and ghost peppers. To top the cake, you’ll taste the sweetness only Mother Nature can provide, aka maple syrup.

Green Monster

This one serves you a heavy dose of sweet, with only a touch of spice. Made from a delightfully seductive mix of VT maple syrup and #homegrown jalapenos. This one is for those of you who dare to dive into the heat of our garden, but don’t want to risk burning off any more taste buds than you already have in life. The sweet maple is the dominate flavor, and to stick with our goal of providing healthy, veggie dominant products, we threw in kale grown from our gardens.

envelope, we hand ground our dried
superhot peppers
, which is a doozy for
the senses; it has the power to create a
sensational level of fireworks in your
mouth which travels deep into your soul!

Summer vibes in a bottle! This groovy sauce contains a roller coaster for your mouth. You’ll go on a ride through so many tantalizing worlds of flavor; first wandering thru a sweet tavern made of maple syrup, bell peppers, pumpkin and squash, then gliding thru the garlic gardens, and finally reaching the fiery fortress consisting of ghost, Trinidad scorpion, habanero and cayenne. By the end of the ride, you feel like you’ve experienced all the universe has to offer. Special ingredient: dandelion infused apple cider vinegar.
