Dominated by scotch bonnet and habaneros, plus pears from Hartman’s Farm, this is our collaboration of sweet and savory, with maple syrup, buttercup squash, and carrots as the delectably sweet elements. And topped off with hazelnuts, ginger, cardamom, lemongrass and turmeric. To push the envelope, we hand ground our dried superhot peppers, which is a doozy for the senses; it has the power to create a sensational level of fireworks in your mouth which travels deep into your soul!
